POLICY
DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required upon scheduling in order to reserve your appointment time. The deposit will be credited toward your procedure fee on the day of your appointment.
24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, your deposit may be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation.
NO-SHOW POLICY
A client who does not appear for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit.
To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 to 30 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule.
TOUCH-UPS
Your first Touch-Up session should be scheduled between 4 to 6 weeks following your first session.
Touch-Ups are critical for optimal results for your treatment. It is encouraged you to book your touch-up during your initial treatment visit.
